Cobalt Braided Waxed Cord

Best thread I have found

Have tried many of the known brands. Like Tiger the best - except it is a flat thread - which twists every few stiches, and I have to twist it back....A twist is not good when trying to achieve a nice look. Vinymo is too flimsy with no body. This thread is labeled as cord and is round. Braided.....Semi waxed and stays in place. Best I have found so far, and good customer service. USA made as well.

A nice rich blue

I was a little surprised by how much more I liked the blue when it arrived, because the photo doesn't do it justice. The .02" thread is tightly braided and a little smaller than the smallest size of tiger thread, which I like. This is great thread and I'm phasing out every other brand in favor of this one.

Items were as shown, arrived early and in good condition. I tried the thickest thread, which is a bit like kite string, but braided instead of twisted. It is strong and the cobalt blue is vibrant. The harness needles are a bit longer than some a bought from a different company, giving me a sturdy needle to grip. The eyes are not wide. It was a little hard to get my thick thread through there, but it can be done without using a threader. I cannot comment on the durability of the thread, as my shoes are currently on a shelf drying-- but by all appearances there should be no problems. This is my first purchase, but I will be back! I am happy to support an American company.
