Tasty nutty snacks

My husband and I both bemoaned the lack of good snacks and how too many nuts were hard to digest. I'd tried soaking nuts but then I never recrisped them up, so I wasn't fond of them then. So you did all that for us, and now we have snacks. I started us off with one bag of each flavor. We found the spicy cashews too spicy and the walnuts too dense. But the cashew sage and the maple pecan were just right - our snack "Goldilocks" zone!
