The chuck roast was a bit smaller than what I’m used to buying, but it absolutely made up for its size in flavor & texture. My wife made it into the best pot roast we’ve ever had… and they even threw in a recipe card for it!

Worth it! Smoked this for a few hours until internal temp was 140, then tossed in the crock pot in low for another couple hours and made pot roast out of it… probably the best we’ve ever had. Sooo juicy!
