Waist: 30.5 inches. Hips: 38 inches. They are lose in the crotch area which is noticeable on the models. They fit the waist though since they are midrise. Wash them in warm water and dry in high heat. I would suggest keeping your size or sizing down. I would get the 10 in the black next time. I’m 5’3 and the inseam is perfect for flare pants.
