30.5 inch waist and 38 inch hips. I sized down from a uk12 to a uk 10. They are still loose in the waist. The material has a lot of stretch. I would get a size 8 in this material for a tight fit. Overall nice fit, they do have a swish noise to them like a windbreaker jacket does.
