Great service and wonderful product

Firstly and for me the most important is the service I received from these guys. Simply fantastic and everything arrived as ordered and even with the good old UK customs delay it was on time. The products are great and allow a great enhancement from standard pen kits that allow you to become much more bespoke. I love the simplicity of the design whilst still making a robust product. Keep it up guys. I am currently creating my 12th pen with their product.
