I own many Sun mountain carts and love walking during golf. I needed a replacement fitting for the left side that was cracked. I ordered on Friday and received my part the next Thursday, but found it was the right side fitting that would not work flipped to the left side. I called and they sent me the correct part that day and back pushing my cart the following week at no extra charge. Part works great and thanks for getting me the correct fitting and back on the course.

The part arrived as ordered and was easy to install. I would have given a higher rating had the part not been on backorder and unavailable for nearly 2 months. Also, shipping charges were more than double the cost of the part.
