It’s a solid replacement
It works like it should. However the latch handles I also purchased are terrible. I don’t know what they are thinking with these for their micro cart but they are clearly mis-manufactured. Stay away from those!

15 years and still going
I’ve had my Speedcart V1 since 2005. Just replaced inner tube in my front tire and bag wrap arm this year (2025). I love the cart. Inflatable tires are the best.
