I can’t say enough about the experience I have had thus far working with Flying Eyes. They have been extremely helpful and attentive with every interaction. Initially, I ordered the Luzon and it was wider than I’d like and would slip when I would bend over. Customer Service was quite accommodating and ensured if I wasn’t pleased that I could return it, but also sent a nose pad at no charge to see if that would remedy the issue. I subsequently exchanged it for the Athene and the service has been exceptional. The fit and functionality of their glasses/sunglasses are great, though it took some time to get used to the bi-focals. However, it is well worth it! The added reassurance of an easy replacement is so helpful as the cockpit stays busy with everything that needs to be remembered as it is! I wish more companies were like this.
