Fixed My Sync 3 Issues

A little less than 2 years after purchasing the full Sync 3 conversion, I started having issues that pointed to need a new APIM. I emailed customer service and instead of upselling me to replace the entire system they pointed me to the APIM on their site, so that it would save me a little money. I really appreciated that information. After installing the new APIM, all of my previous issues were fixed. I am hoping that this APIM will last a lot longer than the previous APIM.

Plug and Play

I priced getting this APIM from my local dealer and was quoted $1300 here in Canada. This unit works perfectly, it took no more than 15 minutes to install in my 2018 F350 and as soon as I turned on the key it worked, programed for my truck properly so no errors or problems at all. I wish I would have known that the wireless Apple Carplay was just a dongle, I could have gotten the exact same dongle online for $40 less. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend others to look here too.
