can I give 6 stars?
I had previously posted a low-scoring review, but need to change that. That issue was due to a shipping issue that was UTTERLY out of Audio Factory's control. Audio Factory staff intervened and got everything handled - their customer service alone deserves 6 stars. I'm moving from Sonos, and suspect others are too. the Bluesound gear definitely equals the Sonos hardware. I'm still getting used to the app, but that's my own learning curve. The sound quality is great, and the setup is far easier than the Sonos setup ever was. Impressively, the library import was blindingly fast when compared to Sonos, which was lackadaisical. Overall? Fantastic. Thank you, Audio Factory, for great products and great service. I have other hardware to buy, and it'll be from you.

Solid sound, compact footprint.
The Powernode edge sounds good and takes up very little space. I really like the bluOS app, and it works perfectly with the Edge. While this isn’t “high end” it isn’t a mass market device. It makes the most of Q Acoustics 3020i speakers in that my Rega Elex doesn’t improve their sound IMHO. However, the Rega gets more out of my Dali Oberon 1 speakers. The Edge reminds me of my first receiver, the Advent 300. At college, in the era of massive classic heavyweight Japanese receivers, the small Advent just did the job, letting the music get off of the vinyl. 15 watts, I think, and it was enough. The Edge is that sort of product. Small, musical and a way to hear the sound. Highly recommended.

mr
I already had a Bluesound Node but desired an amp to stream music and run the TV audio for a pair of speakers in my basement. I like the Bluos app. It can be a bit cumbersome (I am NOT a tech type person), but it does allow for some flexibility. It allows me to access music files on my desktop computer since they are on the same WiFi network. Although to be honest, I don't use that as much as at first because now I pretty much just use Apple Music to stream. The sound is plenty to drive some old ADS L570 speakers. I like the fact that the AMP is "always on," so you can just start playing without having to turn on the unit itself. Both Bluesound products that I have (Powernode Edge and Node) are available right in the app and I can switch right from there. I would reccomend the Powernode Edge.
