Not only did I find this bed frame for half the price elsewhere online but NapQueen offered this for $73.80 and that’s the price I clicked on and after I completed my transaction realized I had been charged $81.99. After messaging customer support back and forth several times they failed to resolve the matter. Very unsatisfied and I will be returning it.

Never recieved, support is zero help. Fedex took it to the wrong address, and I still have to pay for an item I never received. Their phone number doesn't even work or ring.
