Gluten-free, Sourdough Plain Bagel, 6 per order. We ferment ours for 24 hours, using hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast), a blend of nutrient dense flours, and our own hand-blended everything seasoning.

The best gluten free bagels in the world! Quality ingredients, great texture and taste, perfect size and can taste the love that goes into each one. They’re called “plain” but they are in fact anything but - an exciting addition to a gluten free life!
