What an amazing chair!! And to top it off, the customer service from this company is above reproach. From the moment I attended the store, I felt at home. The sales woman was perfect! Allowed me to try different models, gave pertinent information and was JUST the perfect amount of attentive. The 2 men who brought the chair into my home for the set-up were more than worth the extra $200. They were courteous, friendly and super fast! The chair is everything I've wanted. I can manipulate so many variables to ensure I get the right spots or effect. The only reason that I didn't give perfect is because I don't believe in perfect and also, I'd love some type of piece that enclosed my thighs and massaged the top too. Otherwise, this is a 4.9!!!! Amazing!!
