The product works as expected but it took far too long to arrive. The same can be said for my elite hybrid 2.0. Recently, I ordered another sand bag and it took 2 weeks to get an object that weighed .7 pounds from California to Louisiana. I paid 9.99 for “3-4” day shipping. After spending over $600 this year on 2 products from Fierce Reflex, you would think they would do better to show any type of customer appreciation. Overall: unimpressed.
