During the holidays shipping can be crazy. We placed an order from Party Patch and rushed the shipping to arrive before we left for Key West. The post office failed but Party Patch delivered. The customer service went above and beyond to overnight our patches directly to our vacation rental! What really set this company apart, though, was the personal touch. The owner, included a handwritten note wishing me an amazing time in Key West. That level of care and attention is rare these days and made the experience feel genuinely special.
It's clear this company values its customers and takes pride in what they do. Fast shipping, great communication, and thoughtful service - Party Patch went above and beyond. I'II definitely be ordering again and recommending them to friends.
