I couldn't be more satisfied with the device, and even more so, with the company support. I am a customer from the EU, and at the time of purchase I didn't really expect warranty support. However, it turned out that the power supply was defective. They sent me a new one free of charge, and since then I have successfully annealed over 1,000 shells. Works fast, precise and reliable!

Love it, but had to return for service within first 300 rounds

I waited four months to receive my annealer. It came well packaged and was very easy to operate. Initially, my annealer stopped dropping my brass and I "burned" through a couple of pieces. I called customer service and they walked me through the repair. Next the coils on my machine stopped heating and was not annealing at all. I called customer service and they advised that I needed to send it back. This cost me $91! Keep in mind, this all occurred within the first 300 pieces of brass. Customer service returned my machine in about 10 days and I have since run thru about 300 pieces without any issues.

Super easy to use and extremely fast

I got to use my buddy's flame powered Burstfire unit prior to ordering this induction unit. I didn't want to deal wit open flames on my loading area, so this fit the bill perfectly. The water cooling system was easy to get going, and the settings for proper annealing time for various cases were easy to configure. I had questions about how to set it up and the customer support was very responsive and easy to work with. Hands down one of the best values in terms of performance/speed per dollar. Don't miss out on getting one.
