Best Fish Ever

I only buy fish now from Northwest Wild Foods - a cut above the rest. I love this cod made Greek plaki style over a bed of onions, potatoes and tomatoes.

Love the Alaskan Cod

This is a special treat for us as we live in Fla, but we are loving the Wild Alaskan Cod from Northwest Wild Foods! It tastes fresh and cook up tender and flaky every time (we have baked it in the oven as well as cooked it on the grill in foil pouches). We have also found that the pieces are of generous size and often are bigger than the 6 oz specified. Love it and will continue to purchase!
