Nice Product - no hose included

I purchased this primarily to attach to my HVAC, thinking that it came with the appropriate hose to do that as indicated in the description. Unfortunately I did not get the hose. Not a big deal, I will get a hose and connect it. I do like the unit itself. I found the app easy to set up and use. I like that I can set up multiple schedules and can adjust the intensity quickly.

Absurd

I thought it was absurd, after my report, the AromaPlan device destroyed the surface where it was, I lost a lot of product leaking. In addition to a damaged device, the company AromaPlan has the courage to send me only one refurbished used device. I felt disrespected as a customer. Absurd!
