ꨄ︎ 100% germination rate. I used the paper towel method, followed by transplanting a few days later. ꨄ︎ Easy to grow hydroponically. I keep EC at 1.5-2.5 mS/cm and pH at 5.5-6.5. ꨄ︎ Do not grow two in a 5.5-inch self-watering pot as I did! One completely took over, dwarfing the other. Follow the recommended spacing guideline at 6 inches. ꨄ︎ Heavy drinkers during the mature and cut-and-come-again phase (day 40 or so). I top off 12 oz of water twice a week. ꨄ︎ Tastes great. I use Masterblend (4-18-38) because it's what I have on hand, and it tastes fine despite the higher phosphorus and potassium levels in the nutrient solution.
