In my decades of gardening, I'd never grown bok choy before. A fellow community gardener gave me some of her excess harvest last year, and recommended your seeds. And boy howdy, I am so glad she did!

Simply excellent

I greatly prefer Baby Choi to regular Bok or Pak Choi. It is easier to manage in my raised bed gardens due to its smaller size. I also like the flavor better. It also seems to resist bolting better than the normal size choi's but that may be because its smaller size means it gets shaded more by taller Romaine lettuces surrounding it. It is a staple in my salads and stir fry's. Oh, and it does exceptionally well in containers.
