White Lisbon Bunching/Scallion Onion Seeds

Maybe it's me?

No luck this year with these green onions. Two years ago, my first with these onions, they grew like hotcakes! This year, not so much. Started in May in zone 5a. It's now July and they aren't doing much. However, I'm a stubborn gardener and will try again next year.
