I love it. The steam isn't harsh which I appreciate and it goes deep into my skin and makes it easier for my serums and creams to penetrate my skin.

Pleasing to eye as it is a luxurious looking and feeling product. It lets off a good amount of steam. It gets really hot, so make sure you have your face at least 6 to 7 inches away. I'm happy with the purchase. It seems like it's durable and will last a long time.
