Had to be reshipped due to damage during shipment

The cylinder itself was fine when it finally arrived, but the first one sent was damaged during shipment with Fedex and never delivered. Erefrigerants did ship out a replacement when I contacted them, but it arrived much later than originally indicated.

The real deal - genuine R410A. Our hired HVAC Tech was thrilled.

The R-410A cylinder arrived in perfect condition. Box had zero damage. Nice product, sealed so no leakage. The HVAC Tech that fixed the leak, vacuumed down the system, and recharged our Mini Split, took the Jug of R410A as payment. He said the R410A is the real deal.

great customer service. I had few hick ups with my shipping address and the gentle man helping me from the erefrigerants was great to help. I have not used the product yet. But in the past i did and it was great.
