Angus Beef Ribs

Excellent meat box, shame about the ribs

Marinated and slow cooked the beef ribs but they were fatty and sinewy. I found the same with the lamb ribs. In case we get any more in our box would appreciate alternative cooking tips that may make them as delicious as your other meats.
