Just came today and so easy to add on the few things that didnt come on it- it was 98% put together. Just a few things to add! It’s beautiful and tested it out- straps are perfect and it glides beautifully!!

It is a beautiful piece of machinery! I didn’t have to do much to assemble. So far it is a really fantastic addition to my home!

Update: While I was initially frustrated by the slow customer service response, in the end, this company absolutely made things right. It would be nice to see them develop a more efficient system for reaching out to Support, but in the end, they demonstrated that they were committed to my satisfaction. My replacement machine arrived yesterday and I appreciate the effort they made to resolve this issue. —- I am having some challenges with the pole system on my Nour (a newer machine), but the team seems committed to helping me get things taken care of. I will be happy to update this review when the issue is resolved.
