Excellent in Every Way!

This Potato Honey bread is fantastic! The butter/water proportion was perfect. You might think it's sweet because of the honey; but it's just right. Perfect for buttered toast or a ham and Swiss sandwich. Well done! My process: I start my bread in the bread machine to get the loaf through punch down, then I take it out and put it into a Lodge Dutch oven to rise in my proofing drawer. I finish it in my large Breville oven for a very large, round, perfect loaf.
