Not like the old school pre workouts I used to take that make your skin crawl. Dragons breath energisers you and then part way through your workout you realise you’re dosed and want to add extra reps and sets and don’t want to leave the gym. Tried the peach and strawberry flavours. Both good. Peach is the better though.

My go to preworkout

I’ve tried so many Red Dragon flavours and plenty of other pre-workouts, but I always end up coming back to the orange juice flavour 🍊 It’s one of my go-to’s that I’ve repurchased multiple times now. Enough to get me through sessions without the harsh stimulation, crash effects or sickly over caffeinated feeling some pre-workouts give you.
