My string of turtles arrived totally root rotten and it smelled terrible The upper leaves looked nice but when I took the protective cotton off the roots all the leaves were black and squishy and a bunch of them fell off

I absolutely love this plant. Looks very healthy, and was well packaged. My only complaint would be the cost of shipping. Thanks so much!
