Soil Moisture Meter | 4 Pack

There were no instructions in the package, so I didn’t know if the bottom comes off or stays put. I did 2 each way and neither seems accurate in measuring the moisture in my house plants. One says moisture is high, but top inch of soil is bone dry. One says low and it’s not dry, but damp…these were not helpful to me at all.

Can't quite get these to give me good info. I water when they indicate it's nerves but the leaves are still falling

Came with no real instructions for use and doesn’t seem to monitor water level.
