Shipping Delays and DOA

I ordered ten rubber ducky isopods, but they were DOA. After sending a few emails with no response, I was able to contact the seller by phone. I was told replacements would be sent out the next week and that tracking would be provided, but after that week had past I did not receive anything. After a couple of unanswered phone calls the seller responded to me by text message. They then offered to ship the following week, but I requested a refund instead. The seller only issued partial refunds and stated it was due to deducting shipping costs.

Half my order arrived dead.

My poor little guys were supposed to be delivered on a Thursday. They didnt show up until the following monday. My millipedes arrived dead. Waiting to hear back from customer support.

My Rubber Duckies

I received my Rubber Duckies in short order and in great condition. I'm very happy with my purchase Andhra will be going backboard to WoI for future isopod purchases.
