The design and material choosing process was fairly simple, however, I did need to speak with Tammy while placing the order online. After ordering, I did do some edits with Zaiden for a day or two and he was very accommodating. This was nice because you are unable to make any significant design changes when placing the order online and before payment occurs. The order came quicker than promised, which was nice. When installing, I did have to do some additional fabrication in order to put it on my no climb front gate (as pictured). This is probably an odd surface from the norm and I expected to do a bit extra. I would do business with them again.
