Bold Explorer is my everyday coffee. I love the fullness of flavor--it's always just what I want. Blaine and Leah roast, grind and package the beans with care. I love knowing my order is crafted locally by folks who love what they do and care about our community and outdoor spaces. Whether I buy my coffee face to face at the Matthews Farmers' Market, or have it delivered, their care and authenticity are evident.

Dark Roast Experts

I was blown away by how smooth this coffee was. The flavor notes are spot on, but in addition to nice woodsy(maybe cedar) notes, the coffee has a nice sweetness, no bitterness, and a rich texture that can only be pulled off by a roast master.
