Never Received

This is a correction of a previous review which was negative in the fact that I did not receive a response from Tin Tackers as to my inquiring about a shipment. Turns out there was an email issue in relation to Tin Tackers sending response emails to my email address. The team at Tin Tackers managed to get ahold of Comcast and have the issue resolved. Also in response to my issue, Tin Tackers did refund my purchase on the items. That caught my attention and two days later their email in response to my issue got through. I felt totally bad about the situation. I had other issues with shipments this holiday (all with USPS) but every company I was dealing with were able to contact me via email. I really did not figure this problem was an email issue. I have received their product and regardless of the refund I am very pleased and also very pleased with their response to this issue and obviously the resolution. I am a Tin Tackers customer for life. I wanted to make sure the record was set straight. Thank you to Jen with Tin Tackers and the rest of her team! Happy New Year to everyone!

Very happy with tacker and service

The mystery box is a great value and nice tackers are sent. The company sent me an additional (different) tacker after one of mine arrived with minor damage. I like the quality of the material and the unique designs many of the signs have. I would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again.
