Serramel Wild Lavender Honey from Portugal (Ceramic jar)-500gr

This wasn't very pleasant. The bees did excellent work. From that point it was placed in a non-sealing container and it appears a lot of water was added as the honey is exceptionally thin and has about 1/2 inch of water standing on top of the thin honey.
