Okay toy

Rope is not durable. 20lb doodle puppy played with it once and it started to fray. Played tug and fetch with the rope part. Contacted customer service and they did not provide a solution even though they advertise a 30 day product guarantee. The rubber grenade has held up and is fine but we specifically bought the toy for the rope part.

Fun design. Not for hard chewers

My dogs like eating tree bark, and are tough chewers. The grenade was fun to play fetch with. Once they sat down to chew it, however, the rope came out and they picked each square off the grenade. If my doggies weren’t so destructive, the toy would be perfect.

The grenade was sold out, the company called and emailed me personally to figure out a solution and I asked for a comparable product which they delivered on (I was given the Can Toy instead). Beyond thrilled with the customer service. Although the can toy is lacking the rope, my guy hasn’t torn it apart and it’s great for hiding treats and providing some stimulation.
