My order never arrived so I emailed customer support and Andrew got back to me immediately! He told me he’d look into it and talk to the engraver. Got back to me again same day super fast and told me I’d receive a new order and it would be shipped out that day! I just received it today! Great service and Andrew is amazing with follow through. Not a lot of people are like that! Thank you to both him and the engraver! I’ll never get my dogs ID tags anywhere else!
