Don't know iff it stops my snoring as I live alone, but it's quite comfortable to use, and eases my breathing.

My new husband was finding it hard to sleep next to me. I wasn't even aware that l snored. With this great little gadget, our nights are much more peaceful. Thank you.

Much better than other attempts at solving my snoring problem because this actually stays in!! Doesn't look that bad and gives my husband a much better night's sleep.
