Great Class!

Megan was excellent at demonstrating and explaining all techniques, what to look for, what to do next all in preparation for the perfect profiterole/eclair. Had a great time, learned lots and ate lots too!

Eclairs, Choux Pastry & Cream Puff Masterclass

We loved the class at Le Dolci! Our instructor was a professional chef and provided great insight on all the nuances of pastry making! The class was great fun and super engaging - it was perfect birthday gift. And we came home with a ton of tasty eclairs our families and friends loved!
