Hello- I really like the style of your stuff. I recently placed an order, and when my sweatshirt arrived, didn’t like the feel of the fabric. It was only then that I realized I wouldn’t be able to get a refund, but could only get store credit. this makes Cohen continuing to shop with you too high risk for me. I would love to be able to try more of your designs, but I’m not willing to risk losing the money entirely if they don’t suit me when they arrive.
