I have been using these Henna and Indigo products for almost 10 years and they are very easy to mix and use. My hair always feels very well-conditioned and thicker after each application.

First time very happy

I have almost black hair with greys. Followed their instructions exactly and it worked so well. I have thick shoulder length hair and used more than they recommended and had so much leftover, so their estimations are correct. Very good instructions especially for someone who has never dyed their hair with anything before. Also, the condition of my hair felt so nice for weeks after. Thank You!

Works with a bit of work

I have now been using a two step with henna/indigo for about 15 years and using Survarna products for at least 10 years. I used them when I lived in the UK and I now ship to Canada. My hair was naturally very dark brown and was becoming increasingly dry and broken using chemical semi permanents. I switched to henna/indigo and have been using it ever since. I admit it's a rather arduous process. I put henna on for 3 hours and then indigo for about 1.5 hours. I hate doing it if I am honest. If you suddenly need a quick dye job, this is not it. Travelling for more than 6 weeks can be quite interesting. :) Still, my hair is quite fine and delicate as I have a thyroid condition. I can achieve soft black if I so wish but it is a lovely shiny black/brown with highlights instead of looking like you stuck your head in a vat of shoe polish. It makes your hair stronger, thicker and silky and for me it lasts a good 5-6 weeks. That is probably most impressive when you consider I am now mostly all grey.. I would like to try to reduce to a one step for expediency but not sure a deep auburn would work with my skin colouring. Still, for all that you become much more skilled at doing it and you are not putting a soup of chemicals on your head every month. In addition to that it is very natural looking. I don't believe anyone would actually know you are colouring at all. I recommend it and have nothing but good to say about the company. They are always responsive and my shipping in both countries has been flawless. If you are considering I say give it a go. It's so much healthier than the God knows what we put on our heads with chemical products. If you are young and without grey it is much easier and absolutely lush.
