Lifting & Hydrating Tallow Eyebrow Pomade

I initially reached out because my order arrived with dented packaging, and although I understand things can happen during shipping, I was disappointed that no solution or replacement was offered. Unfortunately, my experience with the product itself wasn’t great either. The Cow Brow Made leaves white residue in my eyebrows and doesn’t hold or lift them at all. Also, the black container started losing its color and is turning silver, which makes it look worn and more ugly. The mascara is good, and I did like the scent of the Cow Brow Made, but it’s not worth $18–$20. There are organic, high-quality products on the market for a lower price. I really wanted this to work and to love it, but overall I’m disappointed. I’ll continue using it, but I won’t be purchasing again.
