I have tried many products to aid in achieving a better sleep. Honestly, this is the only that works - plus it's delicious. Customer service is top notch too.

I like it! The flavour is very earthy and rich. It's a hug in a mug before bed. I do find it helps with sleep, but also can make me feel a bit sluggish in the morning so I save it for nights when I know I can take my time the next day.
