Power Line™ Lasting Eyeliner

Very difficult to apply, and broke!

Loved the color (I think) but extremely hard consistency and difficult to apply across delicate eyelid skin. Also, tip broke when applying. Not happy. Would not recommend due to these factors. Also, when emailing customer service about it, I emailed them a pic and description of problem. Got the back and forth, requesting same info 3 times. Annoying!

HARD AS A ROCK EYELINER

Would not slide onto my eyelid. It was dried up and not able to apply. Very disappointed for the cost of an eyeliner. I ordered black and brown which were both dry. Boooooo!

Very disappointed

I love everything I have every purchased from Buxom, except this. I was so excited about trying a new brand of eye liner, and both that I purchased actually seemed very dry. It hurt trying to put it on. I honest thought it would just glide on. I even tried to use it as a lip liner-which the color was beautiful- but was very dry putting on the lips too.
