For years I have been using Jazz III and I always struggled a bit with the fact that I have quite big hands for such a tiny pick. I wanted to give it a try to these different sets of Rombo picks and I have just fell completely in love with the HORIZON and JADE models. Designed for fast picking, outstanding for fast phrasing and heavy chugs. If you are into Metallica, Megadeth, The Haunted, At The Gates and good thrashy gallops and triplets, this is your pick!

Leider nichts für mich. Hatte gehofft eine gute und preislich attraktive Alternative zu der von mir favorisierten Marke aus Nashville, USA zu bekommen, aber Haptik und Tonentwicklung entsprechen (für mich) absolut nicht der Werbung. Ohne das Plek zum Spielen genutzt zu haben, wusste ich beim ersten Kontakt, dass das nix ist. Der Eindruck blieb beim Test mit meinen Instrumenten. Optik und Verarbeitung gut, aber das Material gefällt absolut nicht. Eingepackt, verschenkt und die Favoriten (Dimension / Diamond - gerne mit angerauter Kante) gegriffen.
