The team at Artsy Voiceprint was excellent. Placed my order late evening on a Thursday. By Friday morning received a confirmation e-mail by Friday afternoon I received the proof and approved it. They started production on Monday and the final product was shipped on Tuesday. It arrived before our anniversary and had to tell my wife not to open the package until our anniversary. Surprisingly she didn’t open it over the weekend, but I told her she could open it a day early. All I can say is that the craftsman ship was wonderful and my wife loved it. I ordered this as an 8 year (bronze year) wedding gift for my bride and she just cried at how thoughtful it was to have our wedding dance song memorialized like this. Well constructed, ready to hang, nice attention to detail.
