I searched online to find compatible key fobs for my truck's factory installed alarm system. The package arrived with a few days of being ordered. Customer service could not have been better to deal with. The paperwork said that they were compatible with my system, but the issue I had with the "Silencer 6945PET | Two 4-Button Transmitter and Valet Switch" was that they would not sync with my car's alarm System. The item needed to be returned. This was in no way a problem with MAGNADYNE, it was just one of those things that sometimes unfortunately happen.
