Compared to other brands this looks like the most unappealing gray slop ever, but its the only thing my dog willingly eats regardless of the much more expensive items I've tried like refrigerated loafs, etc., which appeal to human sensibilities but not necessarily dogs. The downside is a case falls just below the threshold of waiving shipping costs meaning you have to order an additional couple cans doubling the amount of cardboard and packing filler. Kind of wasteful.
