Ive cooked mini cheesecakes and corn muffins in them so far (freestanding on sheet pan). I found that if i’m having trouble with food sticking to the cups, letting them cool solves it! I haven’t tried greasing the cups yet. I was pleasantly surprised that the corn muffins rose the same as in a metal pan, glad that muffin tops are achievable with these despite the lower heat conduction. They held up great in the dishwasher, im not worried about them getting deformed or melted from it. I would recommend putting them in a place where they arent able to flip over and collect water as theyre light and tend to do that. So grateful for these beautifully colored, reusable, aluminum free baking cups!
