I have used this toner for a few years. I love the refreshing feeling I get when applied. I typically use my hands and then apply a second toner, and the rest of my regime.

I love a toner that u have to use a cotton pad to apply, I feel it makes my face feel extra clean without drying it out plus it removes the excess dirt.
